Vijay Gosalia is a founding member of Ortiz & Gosalia, PLLC. He currently provides legal services in the areas of tax controversy, bankruptcy, business and estate planning. Prior to establishing Ortiz & Gosalia, Mr. Gosalia provided legal services as a solo practitioner at Gosalia & Associates, LLC from 2009 through June 2011. Mr. Gosalia also served as an attorney extern at the Appeals Division of the Washington State Department of Revenue in 2010 where he reviewed taxpayer appeals and prepared determinations. Mr. Gosalia currently works with the Federal Tax Clinic at the University of Washington providing pro bono tax services to clients and has done so since 2008. In addition, Mr. Gosalia currently serves as the Chairman of the Pro-Bono Committee for the Tax Council with the Washington State Bar Association and has done so since 2012. From 2006 through 2009 Mr. Gosalia worked as a contract attorney providing legal support in complex litigation cases. Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Gosalia worked at Zurich Investments providing financial services to clients.
